If you are unable to book 48 hours in advance, please contact us direct and we will see if you can be accommodated by emailing us at [email protected]. If you cancel 48 hours before your tour we can refund you in full. (That’s the Thursday before your tour, before 10.30 am) If you cancel with less than 3 days before your tour date we are unable to refund you. Make your cancellation by emailing us at [email protected] If we cancel the tour we will notify you. If we feel the weather is so bad that it impacts your safety, we will let you know beforehand and you will be offered alternative dates to book on or a refund. We will take photos during the tour, we would like to use them so let us know if you don’t want to appear in any of our promotional media.
